HKJC volunteers ventured into the heart of Hawaii Kai on Saturday, Mar. 12 to help beautify Kamiloʻiki Elementary School through the Adopt A School Day (AASD) program. Equipped with shovels, paint cans, brushes and pans, volunteers enhanced the storage container with a fresh coat of paint and planted new plants in the garden. We extend our gratitude to Principal Jason Yoshimoto and Head Custodian Al for the opportunity to work with the school.
Adopt A School Day (AASD) is a Hawaii Jaycees project aimed at connecting local businesses and organizations with Hawaii schools through unique service projects.
