Volunteering at HPH Women’s 10K

The sun had not even shown itself yet as HKJC volunteers started the morning with a tabletop full of roses and thorn strippers on hand. On Sunday, Mar. 6, we dethorned over a 1,400 roses for Hawaii Pacific Health executives to pass out to race finishers. Volunteers celebrated and stayed until the very end, cheering on the final participants as they made it through the finish line.

The annual Hawaii Pacific Health Women’s 10K is a scenic 6.2-mile race taking participants through Diamond and Kahala, returning back to Kapiolani Park.
