On Saturday, Feb. 20, HKJC volunteers blew up bushels of balloons for Ward Village’s Halfy Hour promotion. Volunteers also distributed balloons to participating stores and passed out informational brochures to shoppers. Halfy Hour is a one-day event where participating stores offer half-off discounts and free in-store cocktail and drink tastings.
